Most necklaces on our web site are supplied on 18 inch chains. If you should require a longer ( 20 inch) or shorter (16 inch) chain in place of an 18 inch chain, please state your requirements in the "Customer Requirements" window on the shopping cart.

You can pay by credit or debit card over the secure internet payment site. We process our payments through PayPal, the same system used by Ebay and hundreds of other sites. It's easy to use and completely secure.

We charge a flat rate delivery fee regardless of the amount you order.Charges are as follows:

Ireland and Europe -    £8.50 - International Signed For

United States of America - £10.00 - International Signed For

Orders that are in stock will normally ship within 5 days of the payment clearing. All other orders will be sent within the timescale stated.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery, with adequate insurance. Packages usually arrive the next working day, however, please allow 3 working days.

Royal Mail's Delivery Aim for International Signed For, is 5 working Days

Signature is required on delivery.

Each item is handmade to the highest standards, however if you receive an item that is faulty we will give a refund on condition that it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition . We recommend that it is returned to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery. No refund will be given until the item is received by us. Please notify us within 24 hours that you are not satisfied, and that this is your intention. Because each piece of our jewellery is individually handmade, and therefore unique,there may be slight variations from images. Any such variations are not classed as "faulty".

If an error is made during an order on the customers part and a refund is needed, then we must - due to bank charges - charge a surcharge of 10% of the total order.

You may cancel your order anytime up to 7 days after receiving your purchase, and you will be reimbursed the full amount less postage costs within 30 days. Please Note: Due to reasons of Health and Hygiene this does not apply to pierced jewellery.

If you wish to cancel your order, the item must be returned to us in 'as new' condition and the cost of return postage will be met by the customer. A refund will not be given until the item is received by us and so we recommend that you return it by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

All orders cancelled - due to bank charges - will incur a surcharge of 10% of the total order.

If an order is made as a special request or custom order, i.e. Rings and Commissions, then these may only be cancelled up to the point of processing.

Our first priority is making sure you can shop safely on our web site and not have to worry about your personal information being passed on to a third party.

We do not collect and store customer data beyond the routine back-up of our mailing list database. Furthermore, customer data is not analyzed, used or maintained in any form of statistical record beyond sales records and the general statistical tracking of our web site.

We do not store payment information. All payments go through the PayPal SSL secure server

- Spoof Emails -

We would like to bring your attention to the dishonest actions of some individuals that are abusing legitimate small businesses to try and scam you. These people often use the legitimate business name, but make up an email address for the scam.

If you have received an email that seems strange or you are suspicious about and you have not contacted that company in the past - then it is likely that the email is a scam and you should not reply to it!!

If you receive an email that uses our company name but you are unsure if it has come from Be-Gemmed, then you can use our contact us page - please do not click on any link in the email.
